DPF regeneration

Hello there, I have a 2010 IT3 Touran 2.0 140ps DSG CFHC. It has 130K and since I drive a lot in the city the regeneration proces starts aprox. every 150 km and iddle goes to 950 rpm, I continue to drive for 30 min and less than 900 rpm. I would like to share this with you about friends about DPF rain. Is it OK, or I have to do something to change that, course I think this is a lot to regenerate for a short period of time, almost every week, but driven in traffic all the time. In long distance I do not even notice that (600 km). My DPF light did not turn on for more than 2 months, so no passive rain! Thanks in advance.
